Devotional – Based on Isaiah 44:22

Dear brother, dear sister: With love in Christ, we welcome you to this devotional time. You did not arrive here by coincidence. The Lord brought you because He knows your heart, your struggles, your inner battles, your chains, and even those things that no one else can see.
Today, the Holy Spirit invites you to pause, breathe, and remember that you are still loved, still pursued, and that God has not given up on you.
Verse of the Day:
“I have blotted out your transgressions like a cloud, and your sins like mist; return to Me, for I have redeemed you.” Isaiah 44:22
Reflection:
There are moments when we feel we have gone too far—because of decisions, addictions, friendships, pain, shame, or simply exhaustion. The enemy whispers: “There is no solution for you anymore, God doesn’t want you, you’ve failed too much…”But God declares the opposite.
He looks at you with the eyes of a Father and says: “I have cleansed you. I have forgiven you. I bought you with My blood. Return to Me.”
This verse is not a rebuke; it is an invitation filled with tenderness.
God is not pushing you away… He is calling you by your name.
He is not asking you to return perfect—only sincere.
He is not asking for strength—He will give it to you.
He is not asking for purity—He will cleanse you.
He is not asking for promises—He will uphold you with His faithfulness.
Maybe today you are facing a struggle with an addiction that binds you, a dark thought, a wrong relationship, a habit that controls you, or a feeling that steals your peace. But the Lord says to you:
“You are not alone. I will not let you go.Return.”
What God Wants to Teach Me Today:
God has already erased my sins. I do not have to carry what Christ already took on the cross.
The door is always open. No matter how far I have walked, I can return today.
My identity is not my past, my mistakes, nor my struggles. I am redeemed, loved, and pursued by God.
How to Live It Today:
Take 5 minutes in silence and say: “Lord, here I am. I return to You.”
Make a practical act of surrender:
Delete a contact that leads you to sin,
Let go of an object that binds you,
Turn off the addiction for today,
Stop justifying a sin.
Write this down: What do I need to surrender to the Lord today?
Fill yourself with His Word: read the entire chapter of Isaiah 44 in your Bible.
Prayer:
Lord Jesus, today I return to You, not by my own strength, but because of Your love that pursues me and embraces me. Cleanse my heart, strengthen my spirit, and break every chain that seeks to dominate me. Let me feel Your presence, Your peace, and Your Fatherly love. Teach me to walk with You, one day at a time.
Thank You for redeeming me and for not giving up on me.
